Hi everyone! I am Nicole (a.k.a. Judy's mum), the owner of Tokyo Express. The chefs and I have been serving Dunners since 2004. We are proud supporters of hungry students and the hard working staff from various healthcare faculties as we are located in the core of the University of Otago healthcare departments, including Dunedin hospital.
